Abstract

This study aims to obtain valid, practical, and effective problem-based electronic learning media on the computer and basic network subjects. Problem-based electronic learning media is designed to be able to improve student understanding and activities so as to improve learning outcomes. This research uses Research and Development (R and D) research method with 4-D development procedures (define, design, develop, and disseminate). Data analysis techniques used descriptive analysis techniques to describe the validity, practicality, and effectiveness of problem-based electronic learning media. The results obtained from this development research: (1) the validity of problem-based electronic learning media is declared validly on media aspects and material aspects (2) the practicality of problem-based electronic learning media based on teacher and student responses is declared very practically (3) the effectiveness of learning media Problem-based electronics are declared effective in improving learning outcomes and learning motivation. Based on the findings of this study concluded that the problem-based electronic learning media is declared validly, practical and effective to be used as teaching materials in the Computer and Basic Network subjects

Abstract

This study aims to determine the increase in throwing learning outcomes through a play approach to students. This Classroom Action Research is qualitative research, which lasts for 2 cycles involving all 40 grade IV students. Data analysis techniques, using the results of observations as well as psychomotor, affective and cognitive assessment instruments. Based on the results obtained, in cycle 1, the average cognitive value of the average student scores 26 out of 30, for affective, the average student is perfect, 20 out of 20, and for psychomotor scores, reaches 37 out of a maximum of 50 points, the average accumulative value for this cycle is 83 from a maximum value of 100, and KKM completeness reaches 72.5%. In cycle 2 there is an increase in cognitive and psychomotor aspects. For the cognitive aspect, the average rose by 1 point to 27. For the affective aspect, because the value was maximal in cycle 1, there was no increase, and survived at an average value of 20. For psychomotor values, the average value also rose 3 points to 40. Of the three aspects such an increase in the average accumulative value of 4 points, which is 87, and KKM completeness also increased from 72.5% to 92.5%. Based on the results above, it can be concluded that the game of shooting fish can improve students' abilities and learning outcomes in throwing basic motion in grade IV SDN 22 Koto Baru Kubung District Solok Regency. The author also makes suggestions to students to be more active in practicing to improve psychomotor abilities, both in Penjasorkes lessons, and in the surrounding environment with games that can trigger motoric development, and for teachers to be more creative and innovative in developing material - material that fits the curriculum, but can provide a new atmosphere, so that students are more enthusiastic in following lesson. Penjasorkes teachers are also advised to be more aware of the physical limits of students, so that they can be more appropriate in developing the material, so that it is in accordance with the abilities of the students.

Abstract

The problem in this study is that students are less interested in learning and seen from the daily results obtained from SMAW subject teachers that the learning outcomes of SMAW subjects in the Welding Engineering department are still low. The purpose of this study is to determine whether there is a relationship between interest in learning and learning outcomes in SMAW subjects. This type of research is descriptive correlational research. The sample stated in this study were all students of class XI of the Welding Engineering Department who participated in the 48 Solid Metal Arc Welding subjects. The results of the study revealed a contribution of a positive relationship between interest in learning with student learning outcomes in the field of study SMAW Class XI Welding Engineering students of SMK Negeri 1 West Sumatra 2018/2019 learning year. This gives the meaning of the higher interest in learning, the higher learning outcomes of SMAW learning outcomes.

Abstract

Bledug Kuwu mud volcano activity in Central Java is an interesting phenomenon to be studied using both physical modeling. The objective of this study was to determine the physical parameters of the medium of Bledug Kuwu. The Physical model was an aquarium with a dimension of 59 × 59 × 37.3 cm filled with Bledug Kuwu’s mud. The eruption source is generated by a compressor pressure that can be controled both the depth(10.5, 13, and 15.5 cm) and the angel of the source (30o, 45o and 60o). The resulting seismic signals were recorded by using 3 vertical component geophones for 10 and 5 seconds durations at a frequency of 2 and 4 kHz respectivel, mud density 1200 kg/m3 . The physical modeling shows that the P-wave velocity of the Bledug Kuwu’s medium is 48.7 m/s, S-wave velocity of Bledug Kuwu’s is 28,14 m/s with a dominant frequency of 20 to 25 Hz.

Abstract

Consumer demand is very important in industrial activities at this time, because the new production process will run if there is demand from consumers. The problem that exists at PT Gunung Naga Mas is that the company produces goods without considering market demand, resulting in increased storage costs and also items that are long stored will be damaged. For this reason, it is necessary to forecast demand with linear trend methods, quadratic trends and exponential trends. From the purpose of the study it can be concluded that the most effective method for predicting demand for drinking water in 240 ml cup packaging at PT. Gunung Naga Mas is a linear trend method with MSE value of 544,291,863 and forecast demand for drinking water products in 240 ml cup packaging at PT Gunung Naga Mas in 2018 which is a total of 1,918,768 boxes. So the Company needs to adjust production capacity in 2018.
